Avoid if you want your items delivered when they said they would and if you want them to be the correct size. Having paid extra for speedy making and delivery, waited over two weeks after they had been made before delivery. Delivery company lied twice about having delivered my parcel only for them to say it was still out for delivery. When delivered blinds were the wrong size to the measurements I had provided (according to website instructions). I was asked to remove bits of the blind fitting to make them fit! At nearly £400 this is unacceptable. No refund offered. Should have listened to my instinct about the company name. And now the company has replied below with another lie. You didn’t know the delivery was late until I told you. And only after chasing the delivery company three times did you offer the £30 refund. The measurements were correct as per your fitting instructions. I measured them when I received the blinds to find that your measurements were incorrect.
