    Save you money. I paid a fortune for this (photos attached) I would not have posted this review if they would simply acknowledge/apologize for the damage caused, but the response was 'we have the best installers, there's something wrong with your walls'... All of the chains are extremely short, one of them too short to be put in its holder. there isn't a single hinge location that didn't damage something it shouldn't have. I did not receive a response in regards to the short chains that don't even reach the holders. What a shame and massive waste of money.

    Very good service from start to finish from Bianca and Sonja - we got a mix of curtains, rollers and romans and manual and electric blinds - all done with utmost care. Despite some delays which clearly wasnt their fault we were always kept updated with the status. We were given good ideas throughout but never pushed towards a product. Minor issues were fixed promptly.

    I'd give less than 1 star if that was an option; we purchased blinds for our home in 2016, the service following this has been terrible. We've had several issues and despite calling the branch and leaving messages and speaking to sales assistants, nobody has returned calls or followed up with a solution. We've had issues with the remotes and this is ongoing; currently, I cannot open the blind in my room and this has been the case for a month now. I would highly recommend anywhere else for blinds but here. Very disappointing and poor customer service

    Terrible service. Rude, aggressive, and very pushy. From the moment I stepped into this store, before I was allowed to see some options and think about what I would like to select for my home, I was pretty much told that if you don't buy with us, you are wasting our time, and you can get the hell out. I mean it is my right as a customer, to take time to select what I want, I am not obliged to buy from them just because I browsed through their fabrics! When I asked whether they recommend blinds or curtains for a specific area in my home, I was told, " they don't care what the hell I do, they are not paid to give a single recommendation, all they care about is if I buy their product".
