Ordered one pair of eyelet curtains. Very pleased with them. Ordered a second pair to fit same length pole - they arrived with 1m40cm less fabric, look almost flat on my window, hugely disappointed. This company boasts superb customer service - I have not found this to be true. They simply said the curtains were made in a different factory - I fail to see how this is an adequate explanation. Although curtains seem well made - do double check the fullness of curtains you will receive before ordering anything from them, to avoid wasting your money as I have.

Got some curtains and it didn't come with the poles. When I called the service line, they said they only mention about pole width and do not provide the poles. These are custom made curtains and it clearly asks for the pole width on the website. All they have offered is for me to reorder the curtains i.e buy two new sets of curtains OR find another company that offers the pole. What is the point of getting customised curtains from this place then?

This company is just awful. I spent £749 on made-to-measure curtains and they have arrived cut wonky with 98% of the curtains being shorter than ordered. They are claiming that their production team say that they were correct so they won't remake them. This is despite me sending multiple videos of me literally measuring the curtains and proving that they are shorter than ordered and videos of them hanging clearly showing that they are wonky. Apparently the very small area in the photo below being the correct length means that they have delivered as ordered and they're claiming that they may have shrunk when posted and will eventually correct, it's just ludicrous.

Awful. I was sent an order that was not as described and looked awful. I can't actually believe they thought it would be good enough to send to me. On contacting them, as it says in other reviews, they refuse to refund this and offer a 25% discount. It's a dodgy set up, you've been warned.

The quality of the curtain was very poor. I upgraded to interlining to make the curtain hang better but it was poor quality and still stuck out. Contacted customer service a week ago in writing, still no answer. Very disappointed with my purchase.
