Having recieved very poor servive from this company, one of the Directors Sam made a real effort to resolve all the issues . He managed to complete without any real drama all the outstanding problems and we are now satisfied with the curtains and the fitting . The fabric is excellent but still having some issues with the tie backs but that was our choice and cannot be blamed on the shop or its staff. I hope that when we come to order other curtainss we will be able to purchase from this company again.
