I didn't visit this place in person, so can only comment on my online experience, but I found them helpful and polite. We had already seen our fabric locally, but the price for materials and making of our curtains was much more reasonable than places near me, so I went with these guys. Turned out our fabric was out of stock, but David persevered with keeping me informed, offering a refund if I decided to give up on it, and chasing up for me. Eventually the fabric came in, the curtains were made and sent to me promptly and we are very pleased with them. Thank you for patient and efficient service. Would certainly recommend.

I have purchased curtain fabric for 4 bedrooms over the past year from curtain fabric warehouse. On the last occasion i got David and his team to make the curtains aswell. I was very pleased with the result. They were made professionally. They look beautiful hung up. What i like about this business is that you can browse for as long as you need. If you require assistance then that is readily avaiable. You never feel pressurised to buy or to have curtains made by them. It is entirely your decision whether you wish to buy the fabric alone or use their service to make up the curtains. However if you have your curtains made by them then you will not be disappointed. Thank you David for an all round professional service. Will be visiting again .

I went looking for curtain fabric and was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of fabric on display. But the service was terrible. Yes there may be lots of fabrics on display, but in reality a lot of fabrics are discontinued. I asked about fabrics, and the gentleman who was at the desk, couldn't be bothered to check stock levels, and was quite rude. I was clearly interrupting his work. Another customer came in asking if they had any ready made curtains, she was abruptly told that they haven't sold ready made curtains for years. The guy just couldn't be bothered to help either of us. He then went to speak to a colleague and started opening a roll of fabric, completely ignoring myself and the other customer. The other customer walked out and I followed soon afterwards. Don't waste your time going to this place. Don't bother asking for help as they're not interested.
