Order something from them online and I'm the one sorting out everything, apparently my parcel is lost or it was stolen. They said they would call me in the next business day and ... nothing. Now I can not even reach them since they don't even pick up the phone. Worst service I've ever seen.. don't forget to continue to work with Parcel Force too, so they can have more goodies in their pockets as well.
