In my thirteen years as a Senior Director (EMEA) and the Responsible Officer for the London Office (and EMEA HQ) of a US software company, I used the services of Curo to provide all of our essential Information Technology services. During that time, Curo provided excellent technical support and implementation services for our company, as well as the procurement and configuration of workstation and server technology platforms on a “ready to be deployed” basis. In addition, Curo became a trusted partner by US IT colleagues, in recognition of their expertise. I was frequently requested to engage their services in major server, technology, and network platform upgrades as part of global roll-outs or technology refreshes, mostly out of hours. In my time of working with them, our Company was acquired by different parent companies several times. Curo were engaged on each occasion to re-engineer our network and server technologies and topology in order to comply with the global standards and requirements of our new masters. Called here to hopefully set up an IT contract for my business which is less than a mile away. Selected sales on the phone menu. The guy on the phone sounded tired and distracted. Once he had asked me the same question 4 times I kind of gave up and asked to speak to someone else. Then spoke to 'Pete' who was energetic but didn't seem to know anything about IT and had a couldn't care less attitude. I made an excuse and ended the call. Have now found a company who, although further away, actually really do care and we're really happy with them. There were paragraphs in this review but for some reason Google have deemed them unnecessary.
