Was advised by Fleet branch they will be in touch to let me know of their availability…never heard from them. Called Crookham Village branch to book a visit, was told manager will get in touch…she didn’t. Called again and manager explained she didn’t get in touch due to staff shortages. She took a few details and said she will be in touch shortly regarding booking a visit and availability. Never heard from her. Can’t help but wondrt if has anything to do with the colour of our skin that we were not acknowledged With the level of service, efficiency and communication I have experienced with them, I would not trust them to look after my toddler.

I feel so grateful that my little one goes here. A fantastic setting, lots of open safe play areas, wonderful caring staff. I feel 100% comfortable with leaving him there as I know they look after him so well. It is bright, open, airy inside and the garden is perfect for the children. I love that they spend as much time outside as possible. The forest school is great too, lots of walks etc. I cannot recommend this nursery more highly (or Fleets one - my 2 girls went there a few years ago)
