Good tour, got right into the brewery itself. Was shorter than expected, our guide was great. Lots of beer to try after.

You really should update your opening hours and your staff. We made the journey today after the online hours said it was open til 6. Arrived at 4:30pm to a very poor welcoming. The staff had already cleaned the bar and reluctantly served us a drink. They told us they would close in half an hour but the next customers arrived within 5 minutes only to be told they had already stopped serving. We were in agreement about how rude the staff were and we definitely won't be visiting or buying your drinks again

Oh my, And I was so looking forward to going there. The Curious Brewery. My wife & I visited Sunday afternoon the 23 of April. What a clever designed building on the inside and very striking on the outside. But that's due to a Grand Architect of course. If only the service was as good! Although the bar lady was well spoken. We ordered a Pink Gin & got the lemon kind. There was a poor selection of beers, and at a brewery indeed. Then to add insult to injury we were called time on , Wait for it , wait for it, an hour before closing ! while others were untroubled & carried on their discussion. I'm so sorry Mr.Neame for neglecting your premises, We will be back soon at one of your lovely pubs, very soon whether they are in Kent, East Sussex or London. And let's just pause for a moment I know about 660 business folk around the world. At least chef seemed to be working hard, Well done him!

Good atmosphere (Thursday 8pm) with great food (chicken wings and chips). The beer is obviously great with it being top UK craft brewery and the staff were freindly and approachable. The brewery is well positioned in the town with great outside spaces and well thought out decor (and music). The menu is not geared for children however there is space for them to feel comfortable if your taking them snacks while you eat from the menu. I'd go again and I suggest you do too. Price point was Β£14 for chips, wings and a half pint which is very reasonable considering the overheads and facilities they have in the bar/restaurant!
