I have been in property and construction for 3 decades. Sadly, I have never had the misfortune of dealing with a lettings agency which are so inept. There are too many disasters to mention but here's a few... 2 examples of obvious asbestos, no appliances working, kitchen units falling apart (injured my young daughter), boiler not working, huge amount of rubbish left by the previous tenants, windows and doors couldn't be locked, the list goes on. They also refused to consider my disability when I was dealing with them. 2 years of hell with my 2 young children. I lost count of the emails and calls I had to send, the working hours I missed because of trying to sort this dangerous house out. I would avoid these frauds at all costs. They have no experience or understanding in property and shouldn't even be able to let properties. Sad, but very true.
