As a seller I found Rachel Osborne to be super knowledgeable and very fair. Half the battle at auction houses is getting the staff to exhibit the lots well.....when they do this we get better prices...Rachel and her staff seem to know how to dress the viewing room like a gallery...5 stars...really cannot recommend her and her team enough and look forward to putting many more pieces through the future auctions.
