Not sure who I had the misfortune to speak to but totally baffling I was the one looking to buy a cupra born was first told didn't need one then he spent the rest of the "chat" speaking to my dad even though I am 33 and perfectly capable of buying a car just disgusting and cringe worthy creep of a man certainly won't be going back. Although according to the sales person I don't need such a car anyway.

We went to many dealerships to find out next car and it was exhausting and frustrating. Snows Cupra in Portsmouth as a welcome break from all this. We did not end up buying a Cupra but this was not down to the experience... more our needs in our next car. I have just bought a used Seat Leon FR from Cupra Portsmouth. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful it was such an easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Peter Owens helped me choose the car via a video demo, making sure the car was in excellent condition inside and out. Also arranging for the car to be delivered to my home in Yorkshire, which is over 200 miles away. I will be calling him when my wife decides to swap her current car.
