Vicky made the process of purchasing our new car very easy and was very informative plus knowledgeable throughout the sale ,plus every step of the way, calling us with constant updates on the final delivery time. At no point did we feel pressured in the slightest. This has been our go to branch at Hatfield, for some years now, with all my fleet cars from work coming here for servicing. Even the service department is meticulous and is super efficient. Steve in service is always prompt, listens to customers needs, and following each thorough service ,we received an updated video on our vehicles during the service itself . Each vehicle handed back to us immaculately valeted and pristine . I have been recommending Hatfield Seat branch for a few years ,to friends, family and work colleagues.
