I've not personally had bubble tea from this place. But I saw a social media photo of them on one of my feeds. Their slogan "bubble tea refined" is a poor choice of words. There's nothing wrong with being inspired by another countries cuisine, and wanting to add your own flair (in this case using healthy ingredients?). But don't slag off the OG by implying it's unrefined? Their slogan reads more as "bubble tea, gentrified". *I do not own this photo, this was taken from the social media post I’m referencing*

Cannot express my disappointment, I normally go to bubbology but was closed so I decided to try this place, I spent nearly £5 on a very small drink, I waited around 15 minutes for my drink to be ready and when it finally arrived it tasted like hand cream, would definitely not recommend, just go to bubbology cheaper and a lot nicer

Low quality tea, not very hygienic procedure of making the tea as they pick up a cup by their hands to dip into bucket of tea then to pour into the customer cups. Very off putting but you don’t see this poor procedure until you’ve paid, then they start making it. The person I was with felt the same, no where near as good as Lay Tea which made me feel this was a waste of money. I ended up getting a bubble tea from else where the next day as this just didn’t settle the crave Wheelchair accessibility: In trinity
