Obviously this firm works on quantity of cases over quality. Poor service, bare minimum work completed, no support or advice. If you have problems they simply hide behind their terms and conditions. Save yourself the worry and avoid.

Kiran was recommended to us by the agent we were buying our house through. The charges quoted were clear and competitive, and the service professional and efficient, however without doubt Kiran is one of the hardest working people I've come across. We'd be surprised by unexpectedly getting immediate answers for queries we'd emailed out of office hours, and she was very very patient with us. We were apprehensive about using a solicitor a little way away from us but that wasn't a problem as everything was done via email and telephone, so much so we recommended her to a family member for a house move in Dorset, which also went without a hitch.

The office staff are helpful. So far though ( 6 weeks in) I am not impressed with the Solicitors, the outdated process is not really difficult in house sales and purchase, but made so by slow responding, probably over loaded solicitors who just aren't in he real world - if i ran my business like this, I'd be shut in a month. Lets see if my feedback changes as we are ever trying to exchange contracts and then completion. 11/03 - response from Mr Hutton is almost non existent now.
