    4 months later and still waiting for kitchen following leak. Appalling customer service, never return phone calls or reply to emails. Absolutely no ownership of cases due to the system they use, so misinformation from a different 'case manager' every time you actually manage to get through to someone. Thats's usually after 15-30 minutes on hold. Average time on hold during each call is 15 minutes, and then 9 times out of 10 the line will go dead. Have finally made an offer today but refuse to provide itemised breakdown as that information is 'confidential'. To whom?? It's my bloody claim.... Hope you never have the misfortune to have any dealing with this bunch of incompetents.

    Disgusting level of service. I has a loss adjuster who delayed my garage rebuild for six months because she could not organise herself enough to project manage the claim. She withheld information and tried to entrap me in order to reduce the insurers liability in the event of a payout. Emails often remained unanswered unless I got the insurance company involved. Led to several complaints to the Financial Ombudsman. Photo below is the garage after 17 weeks of Cunningham Lindsey managing the claim on behalf of Legal and General.
