    We purchased our property from Cundalls in Malton and from our first phone call to completion we were very happy with the service. In particular we appreciated the help and support of Andrew Wood throughout our purchase process. He was professional, courteous and helpful in a way that reduced the stress of our house move. Our move was from another part of the UK with a different legal system so the English conveyancing process was a new process for us. Andrew kept us fully informed throughout, reassured us when there were delays and diplomatically helped move along any slower parts of the conveyancing process as needed. His excellent communication skills and kind, thoughtful manner were very much appreciated. While viewing properties across the UK over some months, we had some less than favourable experiences with other agents so we were pleased to have purchased our property from an Estate agent who demonstrated that they did ‘Provide a service to both buyers and sellers consistent with fairness, integrity and best practice’ .
