Got advise today for a divorce settlement ,clear on pricing and available legal aid.The solicitor was helpful very quick on the phone,make sure you have pen and paper ready.charges are £105 for half an hour up to £238 for a petition.

I was recommended to Cumbria Family Law by a friend as I applied for a divorce case to the court, first case was with Mr Paul Airey, what a professional kind person, he was so attentive to the details and very helpful with advices. After I won my case against my Ex-wife allegations, Mr Airey referred me one of his team regarding child arrangements case, Mr Curtis Booth, from the first meeting, Mr Booth had a great communication skills as English is not my first language and that is so hard for a law firm to pick up all the details and to communicate with emails. Mr Booth was so accurate and helpful when he explained the other solicitor's issues, he even called me after work hours, sometimes after 7pm, never seen such commitment to a job, actually Curtis never spoke with me as a client, he always made me feel that my case was his aswel and went the extra mile all the time to explain and advice the right and next step to take. I can speak about Curtis for a long time, I'm so greatfull for all the hard work and all the patients that he put in to get my rights. After a very stressful situation occurred and partly still going on I had the most helpful understanding and on going support from mr potts Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND in family situations and divorce mr joel potts went out of his way to make sure of my saftey during proceedings has been sensative and explained in a way to which I could understand everything that I needed to do and what court proceedings were about which made me personally feel not alone in a horrendous situation
