Lovely furniture but Exceptional customer service. Table leg broke (no fault of Cult) and just over a year later I was offered a full refund on the same day I raised the query. A complete contrast to the usual months of to-ing and fro-ing with twenty different people. Would buy again from Cult for this reason alone.

My product looked lovely but was overpriced consdiering the quality is average to low at best. It showed up damaged with a slit in the legs and uneven legs. I asked if they could send replacement legs but they refused. Imran was helpful in trying to offer me solutions but his manager would not give an adequate partial refund considering the damage to allow me to fix it. My alternative was to return the whole item which is bulky and was too much hassle.
