Terrible company, my elderly mother had some flooring done in 3 bedrooms through this company and all the LTB panels shrank. As a result the floor looks awful. We have tried to get it fixed and Culpeck said they would investigate and send and inspector. But after the sales rep Ben said this they never took or returned our calls. They are a very dishonest company. Stay away!
