Rang to enquire and book my Daughter in for her first horse riding experience with the hope we would find a riding school for her to attend on a weekly basis. Gave them a quick call on Sunday and no one answered so I thought I would pop a quick email as they are most probably busy with tending to the horses... I immediately received a call back from an extremely rude older women abruptly asking me why I didn't bother to leave a message! What an appalling manor to speak to a potential customer, really expected a service that reflects the price they charge. I felt to end the conversation however I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt (maybe she was having a bad day?). I asked if I could book in my daughter and was told that someone would give me a call back once availability was checked... 2 days later I am still waiting for that call. Overall impressions of this place are unwelcoming, stuck up and not interested in your business. Will not be attending this school now or even in the future.. what a shame!

I bought my girlfriend a voucher for a riding lesson and champagne brunch, and we had the most wonderful time. We were 20 minutes late (missed the bus) and they were so relaxed about it - we still got our full two hours. And I (the complete beginner of the two) was given a really simple and not-scary lesson to the extent that I felt comfortable on the hack. I cannot recommend the riding school enough - and the breakfast afterwards was delicious! We ate in the main house and were made to feel completely at home.
