Jeff Culkin and his team are efficient and professional, they came quickly to give a quote for a new boiler, assessed different options and were about half the price of others. Once here, they worked hard to install the new boiler in a difficult to reach place (but made adjustments to the space to make it work) and we couldn't be happier. would recommend them to anyone! I'm so pleased to have found this company. The pricing is fair, the service is good. Once in a while there has been a sullen person on the phone but this is not the norm. Unfortunately, we live in a world where it's hard to find trustworthy plumbers and heating engineers so I am pleased that Culkin scores highly in this area. I use them for my annual service and GSC. I've tried to use them for emergency work and they've not been as responsive, possibly due to capacity otherwise this would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately after a few years of largely positive experiences, we had a horrible experience and it has put me off even using them.
