This company (Culina & Balneo) based in Bordesley Green Birmingham supplied and fitted a kitchen to my new build property. There are several outstanding issues yet to be resolved. One being damage in 3 places to the electric oven, which had obviously been done either before, during or after fitting. One other issue being the failure to install vents below the fridge/freezer and oven, resulting in a fire hazard. The Showroom Manager has refused to take any responsibility for the damage and all other issues. He is now refusing to reply to my emails. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company. Given the choice, I would give them a no star rating.
