Jamie, what a lovely man, sent me a video and, with a huge leap of faith, as I live 50 miles away, I bought it over the phone. My faith was most definitely not misplaced. Just collected my VW Golf. I’d already paid a deposit over the phone but went today to see it in person. The car was immaculate and better than the photos I’d seen online. I was met by Jamie who was extremely polite and helpful. I wasn’t really sure what I was meant to be checking with the car but Jamie took me around and showed me what I was supposed to be looking at :-) The car had been given a fresh MOT which was a lovely little surprise as I wasn’t expecting that. The showroom was lovely and definitely didn’t feel like a used car showroom - it looked more like a main dealership! There is no pressure selling, they will help you choose the right car for your needs. If they don't have the car you're looking for then tell them and they'll find it. They go the extra mile to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase. They also have their own workshop headed up by John, a very knowledgeable and talented engineer. Highly recommended!
