Cuffley manor really gave us an amazing experience. Our loved one was welcomed by everyone we saw. They are a truly professional team and it is clear by the way the care homes values are delivered; to a high standard, which reflects a strong leadership and management team. Thank you for all the care and love you gave our loved one, we always felt like it was a 5 star hotel rather than a care home. Thanks so much for your time showing me around your superbly happy home! The residents were happy, the staff were happy, doors were open and there was a real sense of community with space, balconies, bar, fitness space, hair salon and a standard of cleanliness beyond exceptional.

Creating one big happy family. I am constantly surrounded by smiles and great energy.
