Food was nice but awful service, our 3 coffees came at different times with long waits, we then waited over 30 minutes for 2 iced teas, no apology or explanation from the waiters at all. They were not busy at the time either, there was only us and two other people. Staff were not polite at all and had no customer service skills whatsoever, they couldnt even fake a smile.

I’ve been here a few times and i have to say, each time the food is great but the service is terrible. staff don’t really seem to care that you’re there. We waited 40 minutes for 3 lemonades which eventually came out after our food. No smiles or anything like that. You have to pay at the till when you order and from that point it’s like they forget you’re there once they have your money. don’t think i’ll be going back to be honest.

Service is good! I find that they tend to run out of things a bit too often. Food is okay, but can be better for the price you pay. Lacks consistency, otherwise it’s a good spot for a decent breakfast brunch 👍🏽
