    would highly recommend to anyone took 2 cues to be re tipped last fri jack talked me through the different quality and range of tips (hard soft cheaper or the more expensive options even tho the expensive ones were still cheap ) one for a snooker cue 10mm which was done well i waited about 10 mins or so one for a pool cue about 9 mm and after looking at the cue it was thinning on the end due to been sanded down too much about three /four inch from the top( from re tipping myself ) he recommended i have the cue shortened by two or three inches to make the cue more solid told him it was a short cue to start with asked him to take as little as possible off 2 days later phoned to say it was ready and only taken about an inch and half off so tip is now 8.2 mm as tapered the cue not to take too much off new tip and ferrel fitted as well both cues now looking good great service and pricing too 👍👍

    I went to have my cue re-tipped.Top-level service. Fast and professional. We spoke about different opinions. After I made my choice, he showed me another tip opinion that was cheaper. I wasn't pushed to spend more than I wanted to. I was in and out in 10/15 minutes. Tip looks awesome!!!!

    Needed a cue that would be stored at a club, wasn’t looking for anything expensive in case it got stolen. I used WhatsApp to get in touch with Cue Sports Yorkshire and they helped me choose a reasonable priced cue & case to my specification. Needed a ¾ jointed cue with an 8.5mm tip and an ash shaft along with a plain black case to go with it, I was sent pictures of various cues at a budget range with the closest spec to what I wanted (smallest tip size at the time was 8.8mm). I confirmed cue & case selection and price through WhatsApp and paid via bank transfer. I received my cue & case well packaged and within a couple days, which was very quick, I’m based in London for reference. I also received a mini-butt and cloth with my order which was a nice surprise, maybe this was part of a deal they offer. I have used my cue for a good few hours and I’m happy with it overall. The tip did seem a little hard but maybe I just need to wear it in, might be worth asking them to retip the cue with a different tip before being sent out if you would like a particular tip softness or brand i.e. Elk Master or Kamui etc. I’m sure this can be done for a small fee. Will be using their services and products in the future.
