It would be great if there was a map of the graves. I'll have a look on Peace Funerals website.

My husband is resting in Turnshaw woodlands , what a peaceful and tranquil place . I have nothing but gratitude towards the staff who are so empathetic and helpful with dealing in those sad hours . I have communicated on many occasions with Jenny who helped me with choosing the tree for my husbands grave and the head stone , she made me feel welcome and valued every time . Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job .

A beautiful tranquil place to come and remember your loved ones. We interred my dad's ashes here back in may. The birds were singing and there were many varieties of wild flowers and tree blossom in bloom. You are able to plant bulbs and plants on your family plots. The green burial ground is well maintained the main paths through the woodland are cut short and the grass around the graves is strimmed a couple of times a year to encourage a greater variety of species. My dad would have loved this place he loved wildlife and been out in nature with his trusty binoculars.

My mum had the second burial here back in 1995. At the beginning it was a furrowed field. Now it is an actual woodland! I was so pleased to visit this weekend and see how it is flourishing. I saw bees, birds, butterflies and the first blossoms of Spring. My mum loved being in nature and was a prolific artist who's themes mainly were the natural world. She would have approved.
