EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 SC ULTRA GAMING, 04G-P4-1057-KR, 4GB GDDR5, Dual Fan, Metal Backplate off of these guys on Amazon and it was listed as "new", when I received the package there was no protective film and the factory seal had been broken on both ends. Aft5er doing some research they have been known to sell used PC parts as new. I tried calling them about five times and they didn't pick up but they were quick to approve my return request. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Did not have a good experience with them. I had a problem with my laptop, they ended losing one screw which they blamed on me, and left a cable unplugged from within the laptop, and casually brushed it off. I just didnt get the vibe I could trust them.

Had 2 cpus from them both been used with no thermal paste and a motherboard that had the instructions missing looked used why sell used parts as new Now it’s a holiday everywhere closed and I got no thermal paste for a cpu thats was supposed to be new
