Went into the shop and they were opened exactly at 10am, as advertised. Florence was so helpful and polite. She had a look at my frame and within a couple of minutes, adjusted it to perfection. An excellent combo of technical skills and people skills. I'm left without a doubt that this is the place to go to for glasses, if u want to be looked after well!

The service at the Coal Drops store was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also the suggestions they made to the size of the prescription frames I should choose were spot on. I wanted to go for the large one but they suggested I better go for the medium one for a better fit based on my face features and my small nose. Also the frames were sent out quite fast and are of great quality. Lastly the price was great too. Definitely value for money.

I asked at the ace & tate store next door if they could fix my glasses, and they refused because I didn't buy them from the store; but I came to this store a few steps away, and the clerk was very friendly and helped to repair crooked glasses legs (note that if the legs are broken, it may not be repairable). They didn't ask if my glasses were purchased from this store. The repairment process takes only thirty seconds and is free. I am very happy. If I need to buy new glasses in the future, I will definitely come here.

2022 Cubitts data breach. It’d have been a good idea to invest some money on improving cybersecurity. And the initial response from one of your staffs when I asked them to delete my data was inadequate.
