I totally disagree with the last review my son and daughter are pupils at Cubitt town and the amazing opportunities the infants offer to my children has impacted their development in early years in the most postive way!!! There is such a passionate and caring atmosphere and my children feel loved and cared for at the infants. I have compared other schools to Cubitt town with other parents and other schools DO NOT offer what Cubitt town offers. The head teacher ensures funding/s is spent on the children like it's suppose to, you won't find that in other schools. The teachers have been very efficient in providing information to help me as a parent support the planned activities my children are taking part in. There fore I am a part of it as well as my children as well as the school and staff This is great partnership working and as for safeguarding, I had a issue last year with my daughter the teacher, she was absolutely fantastic the matter was dealt with with in a few days. My daughter felt confident she can talk to her teacher and the teacher regularly chased ME kept me up to date with her progress in the matter. This made me feel happy my daughter was in the care of this teacher. Recently my son finished his SATs Talking to other parents from different schools guess what, Cubitt town gets a big thumbs up from me again My son didn't once complain or express he was stressing about his SATs HOWEVER can't mention other school names but the pressure they put on year2 for SATs terrible! My sons teacher was brilliant and made the SATs preparation fun for my son. I am a parent and I am very proud of Cubitt town this is my review from my experience from nursery to current. My son is in year 2. I have had and still have regularly communication with the teachers of both my children Well done Cubitt town staff for making Cubitt town what it is 😀 Keep up the excellent job

I 100% agree with this lady that the school can do with alot of improvement communicating with parents! The nursery staff need better training in safeguarding of the children in there class and key groups. Quite alot of aggressive and bullying behaviours from some children that is not being addressed by staff or even seen. I would think twice before sending your child to this nursery. The nursery is good for learning how to toughen up your child if thats what you are looking for. I hope that it will improve so that other children in future have a more pleasent experience at this nursery. Kids have to be physically tough to enjoy this nursery. All you can do is try it but you will probably soon learn if you are paying attention what the setup in this nursery is really like. But parents have the right to know what really going on.
