I encountered some of the most disgusting "people" in my life here from the slum dog call centre to HR and 'management'. The monopoly of this outfit is practically hand in glove with TfL, which is equally disgusting, - a circus from hell. The Italian setup as in Milan is far more efficient, better maintained, more user friendly and run by a better quality of personnel.
