Stayed here from October 2022 to December 2022, had to move-out due to there being no window in my studio, making it unbearable to stay in, they gave me a small fan which just didn't do anything but circulate hot air. Myself and the receptionist at the time, complained several times and eventually they installed a small fan which wasn't good compared to the amount of money I was paying. They made false promises saying that they would improve the ventilation issue, but never did. Word of advice, when you book a room make sure you go and visit it and see if there is a window as it can get incredibly hot during, if there is no window, please look elsewhere,

I m happy with my room cos it is clean n tidy. A lot of storage for me to keep stuffs n the study table is big n spacious than what I expected. The location is near to UWL that it takes 15 mins walk. Right in front of the accommodation has bus stop. The staff n security guard are friendly and helpful. If the management can fix the furniture in advance before the students moved in, it will be much better so the staff wouldn’t have a hard time to deal with complaints. I understand it isn’t easy to find workers to do maintenance job in UK; I know they try their best to ask someone to fix whatever they can n help the students. Therefore I m grateful for their help. Overall I m quite satisfied with this accommodation.

Terrible and rude man at front desk. On 25 august 2022 he made racist comments against me and my friend. I have tried to contact the company that run the building but they are not responsive at all and cannot claim responsibility. I am so disappointed and feel very disrespected by my entire experience with this place.

The manager who basically is a low skilled receptionist is really aggressive and very very creepy. Rooms are filthy and so disgustingly dirty. Avoid at all cost this is not even a one star

Very poor service. The kept me on hold and they didn't call back. I was left standing in front of the building and no one answered the door. Someone else who was staying there said he'd waited 6 hours before they let him into the property, when he first arrived. I cannot in any way recommend it as a place to stay.

Genuinely a terrible place to live at, if you go through UWL do not expect any help to solve your issues. It’s a building made from paper thin walls where you can literally hear every step of your neighbours, the fire alarm goes off once a week at least during the night, parcels go missing and so on. By the end of the year my room literally fell apart and all the furniture is made from a material thats really hard to clean (at least in the kitchen) i’m guessing to make you pay more at the end of the year. I would rather live on the street than move in to this place again. :) terrible service
