The worst service ever! We are an office based in London N7, we have 1 year maintenance contract with Cube. To make a very long story short, I called them on the 29th January because our boiler didn't work, the technician turned up on 12th Feb (2 weeks waiting) after the visit he said that he needed to ask for 2 parts, it is 19th of February and we are still waiting for him to come back an fix the boiler. I phoned Cube many times (and if someone gets the call, because many times goes to voicemail and no one calls back) and the best they could tell me is that they have requested the parts and that they will arrive "soon", they told me this a week ago! It is 19th of February and we are waiting for this company to come and fix our boiler. You make your own conclusion, I had to put 1 star because 0 is not available. Update: A few hours later after I wrote this review I called Cube plumbing to find out when they would get the spare parts and fix the boiler. Someone at Cube told that that they have just received the parts and they will attend next day to fix the boiler. Two days after, still no one came, no one called and we are still waiting.
