The staff are lovely. Tables dirty and sticky . Food not the greatest . Patatas Bravas were cold square chips with tomato sauce ....cold ? . Certainly little authenticity to where the foods are origins are from. But it was edible ....nothing exciting .

Our first ever time here, and in Harrogate. The staff were friendly and informative, just totally forgot our order, while We sat and watched the other 10 people in the place get served. The barman was horrified when I told him but by then it was too late. Sitting right next to the bar we kept on being encouraged to take advantage of the happy hour but it was only when they cleared from the bar to clear up etc we realised they had totally forgotten us. New to the place we weren’t sure of how the cocktails appeared so didn’t want to be rude or judge as to the service. Only when they all started clearing up did we realise our drinks may not be forthcoming. Clearly the ticketing/ ordering system doesn’t work. Didn’t spoil our evening but was a unusual 1/2 hr start to our last evening in Harrogate

This place is rubbish and appalling service - My Daughter and I went to eat there 20/05/19. When the food arrived my daughters order was wrong!!! not once but twice, when you ask for a cheese burger you wouldn't expect a sandwich arriving and then a chicken burger that you would not feed your pet. We therefore did not manage to eat together, the inconvenience discount given was also rubbish - therefore i will not ever eat in this place again !!!!!!!keep away highly recommended
