cts health care assistants are lazy rude and useless they cover high dependency units don't know how to do anything even taking observations they spend more time sitting on their backside on their phone or sleeping on the job than doing the work handle the service users roughly harass regular staff for a lift completely out of their depth and clueless and shouldn't be anywhere near tracheostomies they are a disgrace

This place is a terrible place, the staff here are extremely rude, staff had spat on me. They will treat you will the least amount of respect you deserve, they will also scam you for the amount they offered you. They will also cancel your shift randomly, please do not work for this place it is extremely awful.

I worked with this agency for a couple of months... At the first time I was happy to start working again....I worked many years in the kitchen, 4 of which in a nursery and 3 in a theatre at the Royal Accademy...i think nobady read my CV because when the girl phone me she asked if I can Cook and help any schef.... well..yep!!! I got the first shift after a couple of weeks..in a kitchen ,9hours no stop.. eat fast..standing up ..we are in two people where usually 3people work..i asked.. please..to move in another place.. and I finished in another bad adventure..very far place..I paid a taxi bus service 12pound everyday...a day agency say to come at the office for pay the taxibus.. because can't touch the Money from my payment.. after somebody keeping 60 pound for the service.. from my payment.. thanks!! In the end I worked just for the petrol of the taxi service!!! Nobady in the beginning explain to me the timesheet...so.. this is my experience...be careful! ADDIO!!💗

I have worked for CTS since 2009, firstly in the accounts department then moving on to Recruitment Consultant - Account manager. I left CTS for a career change but am now back in the fold as a Compliance Officer. CTS staff are very helpful and the majority of staff in our offices have been with CTS for 20+ years showing loyal staff to great management. CTS have temporary staff that have been registered with us for many years showing that the temporary candidates also value CTS along with our Clients.
