Absolute superstars!! I dropped my laptop and messed up the the charging port. My step dad organised all communications and drop off. They managed to fix, realign the side ports and save the motherboard and kept costs to the minimum. Couldn't have wished for a better service. Also, fixed super fast all within a couple of days! Amazing... Long term illness makes my laptop a link to the outside world and means I am able to do graphic design to pass the time. It's a lifeline and these superb chaps delivered my life back to me. Thanks so much and for being so super friendly. Highly, highly recommend. Accidentally sat on my laptop screen which had a nasty bend and completely damaged the screen (photo attached) Lovely man at the store said he could 100% fix it, between £135-145, if it was in stock would be done next day if not he would order it in for me. Got a phone call from him not even 24 hours after dropping off my laptop, perfectly fixed for £140. couldn’t be happier! quick, efficient… couldn’t ask for more photo attached of my nice new fixed screen Thank you again, you are a life saver!

Despite some negative reviews i took my 2014 sony Viao to CTS as they are Sony dealers and feel there a two sides to every story. They removed the old disc drive which had got slower and slower and installed an SSD drive and its like new. Been using it a week now and its like new again and very quick and positive. All for £195
