Absolutely amazing service and even better engineers, we have had them out twice now within the space of a month, both times were quick and fantastic service! CTML are now are official locksmiths for our business and we look forward to working with them more in the future. Don't let the little amount of reviews sway your intention of using CTML, they are new to google reviews but not new to the business, I promise you they will not disappoint! We were originally let down by one locksmith and I rang rob and he was here within the hour with the possibility of having to break in to a safe even though he had plans that night! We couldn't have appreciated it more, these guys are so worth your time and money!

Following a burglary at our house, we undertook a full security review. Rob was absolutely brilliant he replaced the locks on our external doors and even managed to provide keys to fit the antique locks on our 1920s internal doors. The price was very competitive. I had an issue with my postbox lock (I had lost the keys and needed tickets for that very evening which were in the postbox!). I spoke to CTML Ltd who said that they could be with me that afternoon, much to my relief! Rob turned up within the hour and managed to get into my (what seemed indestructible) post box, retrieved the tickets and installed a new lock. Handing me the new keys within two hours of my original call! A great service, very knowledgeable and friendly team and a great price! Would highly recommend.

When I needed some specialist silver soldering work doing and I couldn't find anyone in the London area that could help I managed to find CTML Ltd in Manchester. After speaking with the team, I sent them the keys and they completed the work and returned them a few days later in secure post. The keys worked perfectly, and saved me the expense of replacing the lock. Highly recommended.
