After an efficient and straightforward booking and collection process, it was a little surprising to have two burly blokes turn up to intimidate and terminate my week long hire contract 3 days early and accuse me of lying. Why would I hire a truck in Essex for a job in Lincolnshire? “Moving stuff about for some mates in London” was the stated reason for hire and advice regarding VOSA much appreciated. I can understand how assumptions about others and can be made, based on negative stereotypes, leading to completely unnecessary division in society, when we need to be united. I hope the experience of meeting my mates illustrated that. Thanks for being prepared to come to a compromise. Saved me the hassle of returning it today. No hard feelings,eh?❤️

Hired several vehicles for use at a large event in London. Unfortunately part way in to our contract with the agency they decided to take the vehicles off of our team. This resulted in several employees coming to our event who took the vehicles from our possession. This left lots of half loaded, expensive electrical kit and art works out in a thunderstorm.

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY Today I rang Danny from CTM and explained I was in a jam we were moving a little Isla caton play houses from her home to a Children’s hospice and our vans would not be big enough. Danny immediately said please come down and I will do something for you. We turned up half hour later where a brand new long wheel base van was waiting all free of charge for us to use all day Isla mum was so great full and could not Thank-you enough Great job Thankyou
