I went to see Sneha after 2 car accidents suffering with severe neck, back, shoulder, lower back issues. Sneha got to work on that problem areas and pretty quickly I started to feel less discomfort. Sneha set me some strength and stretching exercises which helped massively, my pains have all but disappeared Sneha has set me more stretching exercises for my hamstrings. I have been discharged from this course of treatment, I will certainly be back in touch with Sneha if I need further physio Thank you for all your help

I jarred my shoulder tripping on the stairs and was in a lot of pain for most of the time. I self referred through my employer and had both a triage session and my first physio session within a week. Mamta gave me a combination of exercises, stretches and treatment and after 4 sessions I am seeing almost a full range of movement without pain and am 90% better. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received - how prompt it was, how professional but friendly it was, how knowledgeable Mamta was and how easy it was to follow her instructions to help myself recover.

Physiotherapy from Sneha at CTC Healthcare was first class. Sneha was very professional and took the time to fully understand my symptoms prior to treatment. Sneha gave helpful advice to help improve symptoms inbetween sessions. I would recommend CTC and Sneha to anyone requiring physio.
