Went to CT bikes to get my son a new bike as his pedals where stiff. Instead of just taking our money, we were given really good helpful advice. He offered to repair the bike for cheap which he did when I took it in today. He fixed it and my son is over the moon. Proper honest genuine guy who wanted to help. Halfords gave us bad advice and just wanted the sale. I deffo recommend. Thanks for a great service.

I don’t know what their game is. The item I ordered didn’t arrive. They didn’t reply to my emails and their phone line was disconnected. I opened a PayPal dispute which finally resulted in my item being posted a month late. By this time I had already ordered, received and used the same item from another company, so I returned the item. After waiting a long time with no refund, no replies and a disconnected phone line, I opened another dispute with Paypal in the hope of getting a refund. If you want similar service, here it is.
