Short version - Useless go somewhere else. Indepth reason I was a new business customer; called and was asked to email the requirements through. It was a renovation project so i was not in a rush. Called and chased several times (Carolina was very appologetic and embarrassed for them). They eventually sent through the quote after several phone calls later over a 8 week period - to which they quoted saying it was below the minmum order of £500+VAT! obviously dont want the work. I said i was happy with 500+VAT please crack on...so they then said they wanted this and that and other hoops for me to jump through when i had given all measurements and angles required. So clearly dont want business. Hence useless dont use them; what they didnt know is the business I am in and the recommendations i could have given them for new clients. Clearly i will be telling people to avoid them.
