Absolutely awful avoid like the plague. Three men came two extremely aggressive refused to take the sofa but yet had a good look around my home and I had to ask them to leave I don't know why they call themselves a second hand furniture store. The one man smelt so awful and persisted with grabbing my belongings and flinging them around with no regard. Overall I thought I was going to be attacked in my own home. Awful CTC should be closed down

It was ok at first to find what I needed but when they were meant to deliver they got my address wrong twice They never called me on the day of the delivery call to find out after 10 times trying to call and found out they had the wrong address. Waited for next day delivery as was told would be with me before 10am but never was again called multiple times . Not very good on the phone and the staff is so and so helpful .. won't go again after the mess n stress
