I ordered a collection twice and didn’t get sorted. First time, driver called 2 mins upon collection, told him I was at work but can be there in 10mins, aggressively told me he cannot wait. Fair enough. I rang the company to rebook again 2 days after and asked them to make sure that they call us at least 30mins upon arrival. The lady was nice and told me she would make sure the driver will do that. Second time, same driver called me again said he will be there 5mins. Told him I cannot be there straight away, it took me 10mins. He just shouted aggressively again that he cannot do that and it’s hard for him to gave me a call. And it has to have someone at home waiting for the collection Well I get you are busy with your schedule and this is charity , but this is totally ridiculous. You could have let people know before hand and not just shouting nonsense when it’s only take 1 min for a phone call. Noone let you know that “you have to be home waiting all day for a collection anytime between 9am -5pm”. People are working as well 😒
