Everything was of top standard. The decor throughout was lovely. The waitresses on our table(maryam and kainaat) were committed to great service and were very friendly and approachable. The atmosphere was awesome. Would definitely recommend this wedding hall if you want everything to go smoothly and professionally.

I Had my daughters wedding at this venue on Thursday 23rd February 2023, the whole experience of Crystal Plaza from start to finish was amazing, I used Crystal Plaza as my caterers, and the food was absolute on point, and Mr Javed (manager) was a great help by giving me fantastic advice. I had over 800 guests and the venue was very spacious, the waiters were also fantastic, In fact I would say that Mr Javed went above and beyond to make my daughters day a special and memorable one. I would definitely recommend both the venue and the catering with Crystal Plaza. So it’s 5 stars from me Highly recommended ❤️

The venue was terrible, I entered and seen a female staff who was vaping outside the main door I went upstairs and staff there said your in the wrong place I was meant to be on the ground floor, I went to use the gents and omg the radiators were like 50 years old all rusted there were 5 stalls and everyone had to share 1 toilet paper roll, the hand dryer was not working and there was no hot water, in some places the carpet was coming off so it is a trip hazard so you need to watch your step its also located in an industrial estate it doesn't look like a crystal plaza more like a bronze plaza this is the worst venue I've visited.
