Crystal Palace station is a big station with 6 platforms good train services from London Bridge, Victoria, Croydon & Highbury and Islington. Can be busy at times but plenty of room on station platforms for customers. Also wheelchair accessable to all platforms .

I Got stack In the lift on platform 1, 3 weeks ago. No body has even written to me to apologise for not maintaining the lifts for it to get me stack for 1hr before the engineers got me out. I am waiting patiently till l get them sued for my distress and anxiety.

Brilliant service at the ticket counter today. I was having problems filling out my railcard form because I had stupidly lost my reading glasses. The man at the counter noticed immediately and helped me fill out the form. He was calm and kind when I was feeling the holidays season stress. He was friendly, professional and polite with a whole variety of other customers in the queue. The station is clean and welcoming.
