Ken did a great job restoring my 1981 Mercedes Coupe. He received it in a very tired condition, typically very rusty around the wheel arches, sills and valances and returned it looking immaculate - having rebuilt the rotten sections and a respray. Took my car here and the elderly man said he did not want to work on mine. It seems he only wants the easy quick money jobs. he was very rude and wasted my time bringing the car to him. If you look at his response to someone else he is very aggressive, and denying he saw the person, even if he didn't he wasn't polite about it. Terrible customer service! From looking at other reviews it seems he used to be good but the recent reviews shows that it has gone downhill unfortunately

Waste of time. Foul language and disrespectful towards potential customers. His response is typical of his attitude. I am fair with my reviews and expect customer service. I showed this gentleman the parts on my car that needed doing and his response was "Oh, were getting into wings now" He basically did not want to job. As a classic car owner, I know it is hard to find a good body shop. You should have politely said if you did not want the job.

Don't bother to check! Old style type of guy, wanted to ask a price and the guy in 2020 told me his phone doesn't accept photos :))) STOP whaaaat??? OK so I told him I'm happy to come it to have a look at my car, and look what his reply was: He told me "come when is not raining to have a look at it", and I asked why we can not put the car in to have a quick look for a quote, then the guy replied "if u can't come when is not raining, don't bother to come!" very very rude!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST! or HOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS BUDDY, can't organise my time by the rain in 2020 to have a quotation!

I found Ken through a google search and went to get a quote from him and a few other garages. My car had alot of damage that needed repairing for return to finance company. Scratches, key Mark's, deep dents and scratch from bollards along passenger door and other scuffs aswell as paint splatter along one side from where a house had been painted and I was parked nearby. He explained in detail what work would need doing for each as well as being honest to say that some may be good but not brand new. I respected the fact he was honest about the extent of damage and hours it would take to repair unlike others. Just under a week later I collected my car and I could not believe the standard to which he had repaired the car. It looked brand new, he had even washed it. The collection agency collected my car today pleased to say I havent been charged any monies for repairs. (I did not expect that) Highly recommend, God forbid I need any work done I know where I will be going. Reviews should be left based on a persons work skills and ethic and I'm glad I ignored those of peoples personal opinions that had no relation to his amazing skills. Thank you so much Ken you saved me thousands. Jaye.

I was shopping around for work on a four year old VW Golf. It had sustained a number of small scratches, scrapes and dings in that time on multiple panels. Whereas one place quoted me per area, Ken reviewed all of the imperfections at once and quoted for everything. His quote was competitive and his eye for detail suggested he was something of a perfectionist. The job took three days and the car came back looking immaculate.
