At a recent hearing test I was told that my hearing was OK but was being affected by a large build-up of wax. They recommended Crystal Hearing and I was fortunate to get an appointment in four days time. The appointment was extremely quick and effective. Sally explained what would happen and worked her magic. After about 20 minutes it was done, and she used a small camera to show me two clean ears ! My hearing has improved dramatically. Many thanks.
