Honestly never had service soo quick! I am a very lucky competition winner of theirs and my winning sunglasses were completed and sent less than 3 days since I won! I am in love with the sunglasses glasses and it helps that they owners are lovely people with a great attitude.

Highly recommended, staff are brilliant with children and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter really wanted some clear framed glasses but there wasn't any in stock. She chose 2 other pairs and we were told that they would try to get some in. A week later they phoned to say they had them in . Daughter really pleased with her new glasses. Can not recommend enough.

Myself and my children have been patients since the previous owners of this business so I guess Crystal clear inherited us, I’ve always found them friendly, helpful and approachable, I’ve never had to call to book us in for checkups they have always contacted me when due, recently I’ve been in store as I’ve misplaced 1 lens from my glasses in order to sort a replacement, I was advised to wait a couple of weeks as my eye test was due, so glad I didn’t waste the money ( prescription changed). They contacted me as soon as they where able to get me booked in unfortunately I missed this call but when I called in they managed to book me in for the same day think that was quick to my surprise I was able to get my new glasses while I waited, one very happy customer checkup to glasses in less than 12 hours that’s service, Thankyou crystal clear vision and Thankyou for the colour advice, well deserved 5 star *****

My initial visit to Crystal Clear Vision, the service was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and above all the optician was excellent he explained everything to me without rushing. The new prescription glasses were ready in three days. From now on, I will certainly come back to them. I definitely recommend it.
