    If you manage to get good customer service from this company I would suggest you start playing the lottery, as it may be your lucky year! Ordered three windows and a door, resulting in multiple “confirmed” deliveries not turning up, missing components, and one window requiring a complete replacement. Three months of multiple emails, phone calls and waiting for non existent deliveries just to complete a small project. In my 35 year construction industry career, I’ve never experienced any service like this. Avoid unless you have nothing better to do with your time.

    Ordered french door and window through B&q and have to say one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made their guaranteed delivery of 21 days took 89 days before I recieved the complete order after a series of false delivery dates part order deliveries eg no windows to go with frame or no frame to go with windows.one day delivery was down for and never showed lied to by the staff.I must have rang them 500 times and they answered 10 times with excuses I’ve sat with a gap in my summerhouse waiting for my door which they sold elsewhere and had to re order .finally arrived and handle needed taking apart to mend so not at all impressed with how this order turned out will never use them again and hopefully can save someone else’s time and money by not using them .have to say B&q had no control over theses actions were helpful and reimbursed £100 for my problem

    Warning, Do not purchase any products advertised by Crystal-direct. I placed my order for sliding patio doors some 6 weeks ago. Thankfully through a reputable company Screwfix who I had to turn to to in order to retrieve my money. I have been given a string of conflicting delivery dates NON of which where ever going to be fulfilled, as I have battled with this company to learn that they have not even begun the manufacturing of my order. I was then told by supposedly a senior member of staff there that they cannot tell me when or even if they can fulfil the order. The advised to cancel the order and purchase the doors through a competitor. I have never once been contacted about the delay's only constant lies from the outset. This company is bordering on criminal. Please don't waste your time.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The words useless come to mind when I try to sum up my experience with this company. I placed an order on the 15th April with a 15 days delivery we're now 41 days in and still no items, along with this I received a number of emails confirming the 21st of May as my delivery date to which I arranged a fitter for the following day, a couple of days before I emailed Crystal Direct to ask what time I should be expecting delivery to which I received a email back saying that they had sent me the wrong delivery date in error and the items wouldn't come until the following Tuesday. Due to Crystal's error I had to cancel the fitters that were booked in for the next day and was charged £80 to which I asked if Crystal would be willing to provide some sort of compensation, they're response was this is something they think I should take up with Screwfix, which makes no sense as the "confirmed" error made by Crystal was the reason I was charged £80. This was made even more frustrating due to the fact they responded to my email at 5pm on a Friday suitably just as they closed. I then received another email saying the items will be delivered on the 26th of May rather than the 25th of May with no explanation of why. Roll on the 26th to which I was still waiting a response to the email I sent them on the Friday before, no word from the delivery driver of what time I should be expecting delivery so I emailed again asking what time I should expect delivery as my partner was waiting at home with my twin boys who are 2 years old and aren't the easiest let along if they are stuck inside all morning waiting for this phantom delivery driving, to my surprise he isn't coming today! This was only confirmed after I called Screwfix to get them to chase Crystal, I then received a email an hour or so later saying that it will be delivered tomorrow with no explanation of why! Not only am I out of pocket due to there shocking communication to which they still haven't provided me with any form of compensation, I'm still no clearer if they're going to deliver the items I've been waiting for for over a month seeing as they're haven't delivered on 2 separate occasions. Terrible company, do not use, will be taking this complaint further as they've been less than useless and only provided me with updates after I've chased them. Screwfix shouldn't be listing items from them as they're clearly not able to deliver any sort of acceptable service, I've asked for this to be passed over to a manager to which I didn't receive a direct response, they merely passed on message via the customer service advisor I've been dealing with the entire time saying "we would like to apologise for the delay your order has faced, and we understand your frustration you may feel with this." As I'm sure you can tell I'm shocked by the lack of service, whoever owns this company needs to really rethink how they run this business as it won't be around for long with service like I've experienced. AVOID
